Return and Refund Policy

Return Policy

We have a 30-day returns policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. After you send us an email to request a return, we will respond to you in 24 hours.

To receive a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it and unused, with tags and in its original packaging. You must also provide a receipt or proof of purchase when requesting a return.

Return shipping costs

noeifevo will pay for shipping if the reason for the return was the result of our error.

Examples of cases may include:
Item arrived defective and cannot be fixed with a replacement part.
We shipped the wrong item.
We shipped it to the wrong address.
We shipped a duplicate order.
Items that were disturbed during the 30 -day return period. (The customer should properly install and operate the item according to the product manual instructions).

IMPORTANT

For items that are damaged or faulty, the customer must provide videos or photos to support the claim that the item is damaged or malfunctioning. If a customer refuses or does not provide videos or photos of a claimed faulty/damaged item, this return will be treated as "buyer's remorse" and the customer will be solely responsible for shipping.

If a customer claims an item is defective/damaged, the customer must provide proof without exceptions prior to return.
If the return claim for a damaged/defective item can be resolved with simple parts and assistance, we may provide the option for free parts and advice to repair your item if the customer finds this to be the easier solution. You do not need to return a large bulky item.
Once we have received the approved returned item, we will check its condition. If the item is found to be defective, we will issue a refund within 3 working days.If

In the event of a return due to customer error, the drop is the customer's responsibility and shipping charges are paid by the customer. The charges vary depending on the region.

Noeifevo will provide the customer with the prepaid return shipping lists and the shipping costs for returning the products will be deducted from the refund.

Right of return

The customer may return or refund a product for 30 days from the date. Please keep the receipt or proof of purchase.

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and you will know whether the refund has been approved or not. If it has been approved, the customer will be automatically refunded within 3 working days according to the original payment method. Please remember that it may take some time for the payment bank or credit card company to process and process the refund as well.

The return can be requested for a refund if any of the factor conditions are met:

    1.Within 30 days of receipt of the goods, the customer determines that the product has been dynamited during the transaction and may provide a class of damage.

    3.Within 30 days of the customer receiving the goods, the product is found to have a performance defect that is not artificially damaged. The customer should assist us in completing all battery tests and both parties confirm that the product has quality problems.

Order cancellation

Noeifevo generally ships your orders within 1-2 business days. To cancel an order, please contact noeifevo as soon as possible to cancel the order and the customer will receive a refund within 12 hours if the products are not shipped.

However, if the product for the order has shipped, we will refund the payment with 3 working days after the shipping product is retarnet.
